Three years ago World Vision Sri Lanka (WVL) began ‘Learning for Transformation’ with GULL and more than 200 WVL staff and community volunteers attended today’s joyful graduation in Colombo. Deputy Chief of Staff, Prime Minister’s Office said she was delighted that so many women from local communities are part of the process.
